Follow the below simple steps towards the pharmaceutical third party manufacturing process of your products

• Selection of minimum order quantity and composition

  First of all, to start third party contract manufacturing of your products, we need to finalize the minimum order quantity MOQ and composition (Salt Names) of the product. After finalize the order quantity, we will let you know the minimum order quantities and batch size for the composition. For tablets and capsules, it is normally between 500 – 1000 Boxes, i.e., 50000 – 100000 tablets and for injection; it is 1000 – 10000 vials. While selection of all these factors as we mentioned above, we need to check if we have salt manufacturing approval for that composition of salts.

• Quotation for your required products

  After selection of salt names and MOQ for contract manufacturing, we will send you a quotation which will include all the information and costs that you will pay for your products. It will consist of cost of product, cost of packaging material, securities or insurances if any in case of very small batches. A quotation will also include any miscellaneous charges that you would have to pay for the contract manufacturing process.

• Documentation for manufacturing

  You need to submit few documents to get actual products. Few basic documents are like Drug license and GST number. Sometimes you need to submit registration document of your firm or company and documents like NON RESEMBLANCE CERTIFICATE are needed. We can ask for on cancel cheque of your company, PAN card or Adhar card if required. Keep all your document ready whenever you plan for a TPM.

• Design and packaging material

  After the documentation we will start the process and we will send you little different design so that you can choose best design for your products according to your needs. Once you approve the design, it will go to the printing for final packaging. We will print enough material for your products to maintain inventory level for your next order as it may be required in case of small batches.

• Manufacturing of your products in the plant

  In the pharmaceutical world GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices and it is applicable in our plants too. There are certain quality norms set in GMP compliance production unit having the GMP certification and we have to follow the guidelines set by GMP while manufacturing. We will take around 45-50 days to fulfill the entire requirement and to deliver the products to your doorsteps. We ensure the product is constantly produced and controlled according to the quality standards. We cover all the aspects of quality and manufacturing from starting material to the finished products. Every time products are made with the help of qualified professional and correct procedure/guidelines must be followed at each step.

• Final delivery of your products

  Before actual delivery of products we usually ensure all the documentation and quality testing has been done as per correct procedure and instruction. We will send you the final Performa invoices and you have to pay accordingly. Normally we ask customer for their preferred transport of courier services. We have tie up with all the transport and courier services of your area. It will take 3-7 days to reach to your destinations.
